qqeee Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the qqeee online gaming platform, accessible at qqeee.bio. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual may register only one account on the qqeee platform. The registration process requires a valid mobile number, which serves as your primary identifier and recovery contact. You must provide truthful information throughout registration. qqeee may, at its absolute discretion, decline to open an account without providing a reason.

• You must choose a strong, unique password for your account. Do not share your password with any person or allow any third party to access your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. In the event of unauthorised access, contact qqeee support immediately.
• qqeee will never contact you to request your password, full card number, or full bank account details. Any communication claiming otherwise should be treated as fraudulent and reported.
• If you wish to close your account, you may do so by contacting the support team. Outstanding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

qqeee may suspend or close any account at its absolute discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.

All financial transactions on the qqeee platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. qqeee does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside qqeee's control.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC verification being complete and the account standing in good order. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• A bonus may only be claimed once per person, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qqeee platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with any feature of the site without human input.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, match-fixing in sports betting, or coordinated play at live casino tables.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or using qqeee in any manner that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime under applicable law.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or any malfunction of the platform's software to obtain a financial advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void and will be recovered.

qqeee monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is detected, qqeee reserves the right to freeze the account, withhold withdrawals, and conduct a full investigation before determining the outcome. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not be entitled to a refund of deposits used in connection with that conduct.

No compensation is payable in respect of service interruptions unless qqeee is found to have acted with gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

When material amendments are made, qqeee will provide reasonable notice to registered users via the contact information on their account or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform prior to the effective date of the change. Amendments that are required by law or regulation may take effect immediately without prior notice.

Your continued use of the qqeee platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Continued use after the effective date will be treated as unconditional acceptance of all amendments.
